🛡️ Safety & Privacy
1. Do I need to pay anything upfront?
- First-time testers will need to prepay part of the product cost on Amazon. Once you receive the product, we will reimburse you in full on the same day.

Returning testers will receive the full amount in advance.
It’s a trust-building process for both of us.
2. Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All products are shipped in plain and discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
3. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your information will be used only for communication purposes and will never be shared or sold.

1. Is the product really free? Are there any conditions?
Yes — it's completely free if you qualify.
To join, you must:
- Age 18+ Only
- Live in the U.S.
- Have previous Amazon purchase experience
- Be willing to leave a review on Amazon
- As a first-time tester, prepay part of the cost; we will refund you in full on the day you receive the product
2. Are there extra rewards after the review?
Yes! If your content is authentic, fun, or insightful, we’ll send you an extra cash bonus.
You may also be invited to become a SeekHeart long-term tester, with early access to future product launches.

1. When will I know if I’m selected?
- Once you message us on X or Facebook, we’ll usually reply within 1–3 days if you’re selected. We recommend keeping your DMs open so we can reach you smoothly.
- Tip👉Sometimes replies may land in your message requests — don’t forget to check!
2. I messaged but haven’t heard back yet — what should I do?
If you haven’t received a reply in 3 days, feel free to follow up or message us on a different platform (X /Facebook/ Email). We receive a lot of interest, and we do our best to get back to everyone!
3. What if I change my mind after messaging?
No problem! Just let us know — opting out is totally fine as long as we haven’t sent the product yet.
