Recently, during the order processing process, we discovered that some customers did not enjoy the benefits provided by the SH team as we hoped.

In order to better solve this problem, we decided to implement the following strategies:

1. When the SEEKHEART team discovers that the discount code has not been used on an order, we will contact you as soon as possible via service@seekheart.com. Please make sure your email is filled out accurately.

2. If you do not enjoy the discounts or benefits due to the shopping process, please contact our customer success manager NICOLE: nicole@seekheart.com, and we will properly resolve it for you;

3. In order to better solve this problem, we have specially compiled a money-saving guide, hoping that you can experience the fun of affordable prices.
