How to track my order?

1.Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link that you can click on to track your order.

Copy the "Tracking Number" of your parcel first.
Click the "Tracking Link" which matches the tracking number, paste the "Tracking Number"，then click the "Track" or other symbols to search. There will be the logistics information of your parcel.

2. Look for the above information by opening the email you provided when you placed order, which usually will be sent to you from service@seekheart.com within 48 hours.

3. If you still don't know how to track your parcel, please contact us service@seekheart.com and provide the following information at the time of ordering as much as possible, so that we can give you feedback as soon as possible.

(1) The e-mail address which you used to place the order

(2) The name of the recipient

(3) The order number

(4) The Transaction ID or the Invoice ID

(5) Tracking Number

4.Delivery time of the cooperative logistics company

Logistics Company	Delivery Period
USPS	3-5 Days
UPS	3-7 Days

5. Delivery time may be affected by various reasons. If the parcel is delayed, please wait patiently for 2-3 days or contact your local post office for advice, or contact customer service to confirm the situation.
