Shipping Information

Logistics Platform

We use shipping platforms such as USPS, UPS, etc., but we currently do not support specifying the shipping method. 

Shipping Warehouse:

We have two main warehouses in the United States: one in California and the other in New Jersey. We will ship from the warehouse according to inventory and address matching to ensure that the products reach you as soon as possible.

Special Delivery Addresses

1. We can deliver to APO/FPO and other military addresses and PO BOX addresses. Requirements for APO/FPO and other military addresses:

  • Recipient's name: APO and FPO can include the recipient's military rank, while DPO is prohibited from including the recipient's military rank;
  • Address line: Unit and box number must be filled in;
  • City: APO, FPO, or DPO must be filled in;
  • State: One of AA/AE/AP;
  • Reference: AA (Americas Armed Forces) / AE (European Armed Forces) / AP (Pacific Armed Forces).

Order Shipping Time

1. If the products you purchase are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. If you purchase products over the weekend, they may be shipped on the following Monday.

2. If a product suddenly goes out of stock or is a pre-sale product, we will urgently dispatch the product from the warehouse in China, but there will usually be at least a one-week delay. If you are in a hurry, please contact the customer service department for details of the delay.

3. Please note that SeekHeart or our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as working days. We have holidays scheduled for many festivals worldwide, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc. Shipping may be slightly delayed during holidays (about 2-3 days). Similarly, customer service response may also be slightly delayed, but we will reply to you as soon as possible, so please rest assured.

Order Address Modification

1. If your delivery address is incorrect, please contact our customer service service@seekheart.com within 24 hours after placing the order! We will help you change the delivery address before the order is shipped.

2. Please note: Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address. You can only try to contact the local post office to have the package delivered to your correct address.

Discreet Packaging

We protect your privacy 100%. Each order is packed in a plain box or bag without indicating what's inside. "SeekHeart" and our logo will not appear anywhere on the outside of the package. No one will know what you have purchased. However, your shipping address and our mailing address are required to successfully deliver the package to you.

What Happens If I'm Not at Home When the Package Arrives?

1. If you are not at home when the package arrives, the carrier will find a safe place to leave the package. If they cannot leave the package in a safe place, you will receive an email explaining the next steps, or you will receive a card in your mailbox.

2. If your package is sent to a local delivery office, it will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. When you pick it up in person, please remember to bring the delivery notice (pickup card, text message, email (if applicable)), and a photo ID registered to your delivery address.

3. To avoid similar situations, please closely monitor the shipping status after placing your order.

Common Shipping Issues

1. Address Information:

  • Please carefully check your delivery address and add your house number (if applicable) before checkout. We are not responsible for any products once they have been shipped.
  • Cases where we may not be able to assist you include but are not limited to: if you are not at the address when the package arrives; if you are not home or elsewhere to collect it; if you fail to collect it from the carrier after receiving a notice;
  • Products returned to the sender due to failure to claim or incorrect address can be resent to you, with only the shipping cost charged, or the product cost refunded except for the shipping cost;

2. Lost Packages:

  • SeekHeart is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages.
  • A lost package refers to a package that has not been confirmed as delivered through the tracking number. If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, insurance will not cover the loss.
  • If your package's tracking number shows as delivered but you have not actually received it, you need to contact the shipping company yourself. Please note that reports of lost packages must be made within 72 hours after confirmation of delivery (as indicated by the tracking number). After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible assuming the customer has provided a secure location for package placement.

3. International Shipping:

    • If the item you purchase cannot be shipped internationally and the local warehouse is also out of stock, we will contact you to replace the item.
    • SeekHeart is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country/ region, including but not limited to customs fees/ duties. However, additional charges are generally not levied. If you encounter such a situation, please confirm with us first.
    • SeekHeart assumes no liability if your product is refused by customs, the country/ region does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or holding general or specific adult products constitutes a criminal act. Please research the policies of the country/region you are shipping to.
